SUMMARY:Baskets of Love Prep Day
DESCRIPTION:Baskets of Love is an annual project that was created by one of our Community Groups. The group decided they wanted to bring the Kingdom to light by putting together Easter baskets and distributing them to children in the community. \nThis project sparked an excitement in the church and has since become a church effort. \nOver the past years\, this project has brought new people into worship\, given us opportunities to pray for people\, and put a smile on many families’ faces. \nWe hope that you will be part of this project. SUMMARY:Hawk Point Elementary Outreach
DESCRIPTION:During the summer\, children of Hawk Point Elementary go without meals that are usually provided through a school program. 12 Stones has partnered with the school and several other local churches to provide meals for these families. August 1-4\, 12 Stones will distribute food from 11:00 am-1:00 pm outside of Hawk Point Elementary School. \nWe are not only responsible with distributing the food but also preparing it. We will have a food prep day on Saturday\, July 30 at 10:00 am at the Meyer residence. \nHow can you help? \nDonations—You can make donations to help pay for the food. Gently used clothes can also be donated and distributed. \nVolunteer—We need volunteers to help prep and distribute the food. We would love to have you if you can only serve for an hour or if you can serve the entire week.
